What exactly is anxiety but a lot of people ask. By nature, anxiety is the most basic of human emotions. It is part of the struggle of age or mentality of all of us flying used to be part of a long time ago when I first walked the earth.

A panic attack is defined as a period of intense fear or discomfort that is usually accompanied by one or more of the following symptoms:
* Palpitations
* Sweating
* Trembling or shaking
* Shortness of breath or smothering
* Feelings of suffocation
* Pain or discomfort in the chest
* Nausea or abdominal discomfort
* Dizziness or dizzy
* Pins and needles
Diarrhea
* Dry mouth
* Headache
* Derealization or depersonalization

The two main types of sufferers of panic attacks are:
1. Spontaneous or uncued panic – These panic attacks are not associated with anything in particular, and seem to come from nowhere to nothing. Often, these attacks panic will occur during periods of rest or when asleep.
2. Situational or cued panic attacks – These attacks occur in anticipation a given situation or an attack that has previously been experienced before. Usually the symptoms begin to appear when you enter the situation.
The most common symptoms people have fears about the panic are:

Losing Control
Worried about driving on someone?
Or a pedestrian?
Or pick up a knife during a turn and stab someone you hold dear?
Rest easy, as scary as those thoughts may be, you're not going to comitt any of these acts. Your mind is just working overtime, because you feel if your body is like this, may be next.
Heart Attack
During a panic attack your heart begins to palpitate very fast response of the adrenal being released into your bloodstream through the nervous system.
