What causes panic attack

There are a number of different factors in people who have panic attacks. Even if a panic attack is usually triggered by something mental or emotional, can there certain foods or substances that can trigger or worsen a panic attack when it occurs. When the question of marijuana can cause panic attacks, there are many things to consider. The marijuana alone can not cause a panic attack, but will not help.
The fact is that all the effects of marijuana differently. For a person who could calm them down, reduce your heart rate, and for someone else that could increase your heart rate. Marijuana messes with the chemistry in your brain, causing some side effects effects both long and short term. It is recommended that you do not smoke it while you're having a panic attack, because it is not an official form of treatment. Any doctor will tell you that should not be replaced by actual prescribed medication. There are other pharmaceutical forms of treatment that you can use as breathing exercises or relaxing picture thoughts when you're having an attack. The key element in stopping or reducing the symptoms of an attack is to remember that you is in control and everything you want can happen. If you have the power to become sick with your thoughts, then you also have the ability to become well. The short answer to the question of marijuana can cause panic attacks is not, but should not be used as a way to treat their attacks or prevent them.
