Panic attacks – Treatment without medication?
I have had panic attacks for 14 years – always at work. I never took medication for them and not told my Dr. about them. Sometimes I have one after the other for an hour or more, then they disappear and start again. I try to talk to me down, but I am soooo tired of them. I do yoga and meditation, but after work my working days are filled with attacks. Telling me it will be OK, I'm well, etc. does not help. I am confident the process of life. Everyone has things they say to themselves or you get up from your desk for a respirator? Somtimes it helps, but it now I'm back at my desk to start again.
You need not suffer. I suffered for years from my anxiety panic / was not diagnosed or discovered. My life is so different now …… take Lexapro …….. and has equaled my life tremendously. If things get too rough, I add a tiny little Klonipin. I am very grateful for these medicines. As I said, you need not suffer.
