Tips for panic attacks

Palm of your hand starts to sweat, your heart starts to beat faster, you were very attentive to the environment where it is, you felt the hot flashes behind his back. Those who once felt that I definitely know it is a symptom of panic attack or anxiety attack. If this happened more than once and you're always constantly worried about when the next attack comes – is classified as panic disorder or anxiety disorder.
Will it last forever? Will it take over my life? The answer is NO!
I, the author, experienced my first attack when I was only 7 years old. Since starting this attack, he developed a disorder. I did not know about my condition until I was 16. Can you imagine? I suffered for 9-years – oblivious to it. When I learned about my condition, I consulted professional help. I was prescribed and told to take 20mg of Prozac daily, initially, now I'm only taking 5mg per day. And believe me – medication and professional help really does not help me at all. Instead, I put full dedication to research on my own attacks to make new discoveries about how to deal with.
Ok, I'll be giving some of the techniques that have created from my conclusions. But before I do that, I need to give you some insights.
Our mind is very powerful tool – believe me. And because of that, our small Panic attacks can be amplified to a full scale. The more you think about your attacks, he begins to get worse! So you need to avoid that! And how we do it? The answer is distraction.
Some time ago, I was waiting to take the bus to school. As I was waiting for the bus, your palms begin to sweat and I became very alert. Immediately, I knew it will be worse if I kept thinking it. So I distract myself thinking, "What else can I improve my project? How can I improve?" I was so amused him that I boarded the bus and arrived the destination without realizing it! I never felt the symptoms of panic attack during the journey! Why do not you try it? Think of something relative to what you will do next. Or if you is exploding music to your ears with your mp3 player, visualize you're the drummer, guitarist or singer's music. Say you're viewing that you're the drummer, visualize that you are in the show playing the music and you're focusing on hitting the beats, and say if you're the singer, view or inhale and exhale as if you're singing the lyrics. Believe me, the mind is a very powerful tool.
The difference between a person who has panic attacks or anxiety with a person who has the first is always busy thinking about what he will do later or completely in white in your mind. Whereas for the latter, the person who is always thinking about your panic attacks. For this reason, it becomes a full scale.
Here is another technique that I found, is powerful! Recently, there is this lady on Yahoo Answers asking tips to deal with anxiety attacks (or panic), because it goes to a concert and wondering what happens if the attack during the show. I recommended your BLINKER. And it really worked for her, she gave me a feedback and my answer was chosen as the best for her. You can check out the link below resources.
The flasher is particularly useful when you begin to feel as if you jump off a building or on a ride a roller coaster – the feeling of an upset stomach. You need to have faith in this technique and, more importantly, you need to feel comfortable with that uncomfortable feeling in the stomach in its early stages. Believe me, once you do this, I can assure you your panic attacks or anxiety will disappear! As you use the blinker?
When you blink, delete all thoughts in your mind – all in white. Even if the concerns from your mind – it blank when you blink once.
Please, keep this in mind when you use the flasher – flashes whenever you have any negative thoughts about their attacks. Because once you felt the attack or symptoms Initially, your mind will begin to bombard you with negative thoughts like "it's not working", "It will be a full-blown!" or "I 'll die! ". Keep flashing! Whenever a negative thought pops into your mind – Blink!
