Therapy for panic attacks
What are good ways to help a panic attack when it is happening without therapy or drugs?

I had them almost every day for two and half months now, I know why they are happening, I just want to know some things that could calm me down. Possibly a list of types?

The obvious answer is to use a paper bag, but I do not always find that it works. I get panic attacks a lot and I recite lists of things. I know it sounds weird, but I through all the winners of the Royal Rumble (I'm a fan of wrestling) or do some complicated math or something. It seems that it will not work, but trust me, it does not, by distracting the mind. Choose something that you would like to concentrate. Also, the remedies work, although I do not really believe in this kind of thing, they actually do.
