How to prevent panic attacks

Although extremely frightening and scary when they're happening to you, you can prevent panic attacks. They are a very common disease and how many as one in three people are accused of having periods of panic attacks at some point. Females tend to be more affected than men and older women people are particularly so.

The fear of death attack or sense of doom is one of the most common symptoms, but not as scary as it is you will not die from a panic attack. The time period that may continue to exist is between a couple of minutes to an hour or less with symptoms increasing and decreasing within this time.
