If you drink alcohol, smoke, donÂ't donÂ't eat well and exercise, you may be blocking your recovery from anxiety and panic.
By reducing alcohol and caffeine from the diet and adding more exercise, however, you can help reduce their attacks and their dependence medications and therapy.
One probable reason for this is that our bodies automatically respond to what goes on inside them, thinking stressful and negative itÂ's or foods that may harm us. When we drink alcohol and caffeine or eat too much sugar and starchy foods, our bodies become instantly defensive, to fight against invasion "A".
The body and mind is one of them. What affects one affects the other. When we are happy and satisfied that they are healthier. When we are sad and wanting, our bodies begin to break down and disease creeps in. The body reacts to invasive products such as alcohol and tobacco because they feel threatened.
When we eat healthy food, our brain recognizes this and responds by giving us a sense of well-being. ItÂ's the feeling we have after we have Sunday dinner with all the trimmings. Our body feels refreshed and content.
When we eat unhealthy foods, our minds seek ways to correct the problem that way. This can cause anxiety and anxiety that can affect us when we are hungry or lack of food for a long time. Mind know that something is wrong and not panic.
This new British study seems to support this theory.
Led by Dr Rod Lambert of the School of Allied Health Professions, The study tested two groups of people. One group underwent traditional doctor-directed treatments such as medication and therapy. The other group also made changes in style specific in your diet and habits.
The changes included the removal or reduction of alcohol and caffeine from the diet, reducing smoking, eating safe and nutritious food to more exercise.
The results showed that those who made these lifestyle changes experienced less panic and anxiety in a month and required less medical treatment than those who did not change in lifestyle.
Panic and anxiety can have an influence dramatic in our lives. They are afraid of some people leaving their homes. Others experience terrifying panic attacks while driving down the road, whether in public.
For some, their lives come to an immediate halt because they are so overwhelmed with the paralyzing fear that something terrible is about to happen to them. They live there years like this, striving to build the courage to seek therapy and regular sessions. Over time, the panic is so entrenched that they feel they will never be healed and believe they face a future filled with fear and dread.
This study shows that this does not do that to continue, and that there are other things that a person can do but to rely on drugs to get relief. When making choices for healthy lifestyle Â-not smoking, not drinking alcohol, easing up on caffeine and get more exercise, they can see an improvement that marks the turning point in their lives.
