dealing with panic attacks
How can i deal with panic attacks when i am alone at home?

Im 18, when i am alone at home i sometimes have terrible panic attacks that scare me only thinking about it.
Im scared to be alone, the pain that i feel has no words, i start to feel brethless and sometimes i feel so much panic that i start to think about suicide. What can i do? I can’t take this.

Just be very calm and serene I used to get terrible panic attacks just realize that pain is natures way of telling you HEY Your still alive but dude if you want them to stop try curling up into the fetal position or if that doesn’t work or possibly try this first try martial arts or meditation or both and by the way you are 18 panic attacks are very common for your age it’s just your body learning it’s or hardware& software in order to make you a well adjusted human being it’s like testing a surge protector by shocking it somtimes you get a jolt (your panic attacks) sometimes the S.P. works and you have eg.a groth spurt or get aroused for no reason so just roll with the punches and be well young one.
