Cures for panic attacks
It is a cure for your panic attacks?

What causes panic attacks and how you can get rid of them?

I have attacks panic and not always just out of the blue. Once I was stuck on top of a very high bridge in the rain behind someone with a flat tire. (And I'm afraid of high places …. and accidentally entered the bridge). I had a panic attack … and froze. (Besides all the other feelings that come with panic attacks). Even the little things … as someone fussing at me or criticizing me will cause some panic attacks. Me … usually when something happens … or start thinking about something was traumatic for me. I take half mg of Risperdal and now helps to prevent them. I know it is not therapy and books and groups that can help you learn to deal with them. One of the main things is to understand that you are having one and that things are not as bad as they feel like they are … you are not will die, etc. That's just how it is for me.
