Symptoms of anxiety disorder

I think I have an anxiety disorder who are some of the symptoms?
I can be sitting and doing nothing and I can not stand still I have to be movement. Also I have a feeling in my stomach like you would get if going on a big date or job interview or something. I see my doctor for that?
