3. Line by line, go over your list of things you can not control, and crossing each line you consciously tell yourself that you have no control over this thing, and you're letting it go.

4. Goes beyond the list of things you can control every couple of days to make it easy to remember. The concerns and fears about this list will be where it focuses its energy from now.

Whenever you find yourself thinking of anything in the list of things you can not control, immediately change your energy and focus to one of the thoughts that you can control. By doing this, you will have more than twice the energy we normally have to find solutions to these anxieties in your life that you have some form of control.

And as an added bonus, as you repeat this practice often, you will find these concerns that you may never control began to appear less and less often, and eventually disappear all together.
