The physical symptoms of anxiety disorder are reason for sending messages from the brain to the parts of the body to prepare for the flight fight response. Inability to concentrate
Fear of going crazy or dying
Feeling unrealistic and not in control of their behavior

There are several Types of anxiety disorders and sometimes are associated with physical problems such as alcohol and drugs. Anxiety is the main symptom of other mental illnesses called anxiety disorders. Symptoms of anxiety disorder may be different from the symptoms of other disorders anxiety, but all the symptoms cluster around excessive, irrational fear and dread.

For people with anxiety, cheer up! Your world does not stop because there is no cure for anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders are curable and there are two types of treatments available for anxiety disorder medication and psychotherapy. But it is said that the most proven effective for treating patients with anxiety is psychotherapy.
