Separation anxiety in children

What causes separation Anxiety in children?
Why or take it to adulthood for some? Perhaps because they have gotten used to being in about other relatives? I was not referring to infants. I guess I should have specified? Actually what you say, Marco, makes sense.
Anxiety separation is a normal thing for all children to cross a certain age. I know it's hard, but it's not important to drink them much during this phase (I'm not saying you're at all), so they do not learn that it's ok to let Mom and you'll always be back. I believe there is a problem in recent years if the mother gives in every time and will not let his son go (that is, to day care with a babysitter, etc.).
