Interested in all responses. I went to the doctor and all he could offer was tablets without consulting as there is no specific ADVICE available in the UK to deal directly with panic attacks. Its still hard to deal with this day, but learned to deal with it and control my mind (to times!) Find someone you can talk when you feel one coming. My dad always helped me and now I have my husband brings me back to earth. I do not believe that counseling will only exercise, breathing, relax and focus on the good and always remember … Panic attacks will not kill you. That's what I always said myself when I thought I was dying! Its all about mind control. I forgot to add .. I took about 6 months to recover well. The fear was always in the back of my head. Both of the above seem right in too. Change your diet is a necessity when your dealing with it. It is a scary thing and difficult. Hang then he gets better with help.
