Panic attacks at night

What normal father would want to see your child suffering from panic attacks? Seeing your child to have anxiety attacks can be a torture for both mother and child. Parents want do all its best to protect their children, especially the pressures of life, but sad to say, that children are still at risk of getting anxiety attacks.

If your child experiences anxiety attacks, it is imperative that you as a parent to discover the cause behind these attacks. Some days the attacks are a response to stress or trauma to assess the behavior of your child and try to remember the events that led to a change in the behavior of your child.

Any normal father would want to keep their children away from the stress and worries. But there are still situations or events that can cause pressure and stress for the child without knowing her father. And that leads to Anxiety in children.

Unfortunately, however, is that some of the times is the country that caused the pressure and tension that the child feel. Competition is forcing parents to pressure their children to be their best not to think about whether your child is happy with what he or she is doing. Most parents put so much pressure for their children that they are actually robbing their children to experience what it feels like to be a child, free of worries.

Debt pressure of being the best of the best, a child may not have time to play more. Instead they spend more time studying and practicing. Although these two activities are also beneficial for children but not much studying and practicing can also harm children and even lead to a low self-esteem in children.

And because children are still very innocent, they usually keep their feelings to their parents, in turn, children can not cope with the pressures and tensions that they receive from their parents. And keep those lonely feelings, the children built up more tension thus developing anxiety attacks.

Parents would one day be surprised to see their children with episodes of intense fear, without cause, though, these fears can be triggered by physical reactions that are very serious. But the pressure of parents are not the only causes of anxiety attacks children. This may also be due to trauma or painful past experiences that led to the development of phobia of certain things.

And some anxiety attacks are also caused by genetics. Studies have shown that children with relatives who had anxiety attack will likely have anxiety attacks too. Another possible reason is the disease or if the chemicals in the body is having negative reactions to your nervous system. This signals the brain to the body with anxiety attacks.

So if you want, as a parent, to prevent their children from having anxiety attacks. It would be better if you spend more time with their children instead of taking their children to do something they do not want to do. And most importantly, understanding, care and support that the child needs.
