Panic anxiety disorders

When I was affected by anxiety disorder, a few months, several bad effects began bothering me and even interfered with all my basic activities. This began to cause extreme frustration and I thought if I'm going crazy day by day. One effect of this mood disorder is to make us feel very nervous. There are many times when most people become too anxious and can become agitated. But life would be like becoming most situations you be nervous? Would spoil your mood and can change their behavior as well. Spoil the mood slowly will get you to your friends and family. It is imperative to control nervousness and not let it spoil your relationships or employment.
How to control the be jumpy:
The best way to control nervousness is react to almost everything in a very composed. Exhibiting much happiness, a response of fight or flight will only make things worse. So it is better to find all the situations calmly. It does not hurt to tell you that you should be calm even in the most stressful or tragic. Keep in mind that you have been affected in some way by the disease and are not the most comfortable state of mind. Instead of cursing you to get affected by anxiety disorder, begin to focus on treatment.
Confronting the public:
Having a perspective anxious all the time will do nothing good for your self-esteem. Once your self-esteem reaches a low point level, you will feel that there are more productive and competitive. Rather than avoid conversations with people, you should remember that the best way to find a solution is to confront the problem and face the consequences. If you are only looking to escape the problem, chances to meet again in your life one day.
