Panic anxiety disorder
What is a good remedy for panic disorder and social anxiety?

I have panic disorder and social anxiety serious and I was prescribed trileptol and Celexa. I had taken for almost a year now, and I have not noticed any change physically or mentally. There is a different medication I I take?

Listen, I will suggest a medication, but I have a couple of things to say that will help you a lot. Because medication is not always response. You may need to take a medication for social anxiety, but by all means, do not take short-acting drugs klonopin, Xanax, or Adivan. You will become dependent on these drugs. If you have to take a medication to try Seroquel XR (extended release, to mellow you out throughout the day) will put everything to lose every time you take them for the first week or so, but after that it helps a lot. Sticking to an average dose not want to end up a zombie. Some tips:-The more you expose yourself to social situations, they become easier to handle. You will be a little less anxious each vez.-Don 't bail out, leave, or stay at home because this will only worsen the problem. [the opposite of the therapeutic effects of exposure.] Finally, the emotions come in waves. You need to jump, stop thinking both, and expect the wave to pass. They always do. Good luck. You have one life to live.
