Panic anxiety attacks

Understanding the inter anxiety or panic attacks is the first step to dealing with them. Anxiety attacks or panic is very real. Does will kill him? "NO". Does it seem like you'll die if you do not control them? "YES". These periods sudden intense anxiety, discomfort and fear may seem to happen without reason, but they are actually the body response to what it perceives as a threat or danger to their comfort zone.

The attacks usually last about ten minutes. They can be as short as one minute or until 30 minutes in severe cases. These attacks can occur in cycles, which can last for long periods. Cycles can cause the "anticipation", which creates anxiety between episodes.

The physical Symptoms of anxiety attacks, generally include the following:

 • Heart Palpitations
 • Sweating
 • Lack of Breath
 • tingling and numbness of the extremities
 • Dizziness
 • Lightheadedness
 • Headache and Nausea

These symptoms may appear to be random, but they are actually the result of the brain that control the preparation of the body for protection and defense against perceived threat (our comfort zone). Anxiety attacks are caused by a sudden onset of "fear". The body responds by releasing adrenaline increases heart rate and respiration produces a sweat to regulate body temperature. The court anticipated that there would be some kind of strenuous activity and a need for adrenaline. When that happens, the reaction results in physical discomfort that is panic attack.

 • The result of the greater sense of heart rate and heart palpitations
 • Rapid breathing (hyperventilation) results in a decrease in the levels of carbon dioxide in the lungs and blood
 • Tingling, dizziness, numbness, dizziness and

All this is a reaction to non-release of adrenaline through physical activity. This lack of release of adrenaline causes a narrowing of blood vessels which in return results in decreased blood flow to the brain contributing to the panic attack.
