Overcoming performance anxiety
How can I overcome my social anxiety?

Soon I will have a presentation in my school, but the problem is that I suffer a lot with social anxiety. I'm afraid that something in my performance will go wrong. I know aware that no matter what happens, but my subconscious always seems to disagree and push the emotions makes me feel like I would die as a result of the presentation. What should I do to overcome this fear? Is there some kind of mental preparation that I could do before presentation?

I have it too. I CAN NOT Present in front of people! lol Not only U is all. Sooo I know that many people can not perform in front of crowds. It is completely normal. Just tell yourself that nothing will go wrong, I can do that, I'm strong, I do not care what you think, this is just a few minutes and it will end soon. Also do not let ur nerves get to U! I had to present a project at one time in my classroom English and completely broke! My hands were shaking, my hands were sweaty, and I was stuttering my words. Before I presented my paper I just told the class realyyyy I was nervous about it and told them that I was not good at making speeches. After my speech, everyone cheered for me and my teacher was my incentive through speech to continue and was ok and ur fine, and that makes me feel good. Practicing yoga and it really helps calm – U-pill Nate. U can get them at CVS or any pharmacy. No worry! There r a lot of people who support u and care about u! U can do it! Best of luck!
