How to treat panic attack

Which drug is more effective in treating anxiety and panic – Zoloft or Prozac?
Out of these two drugs, which one is most effective in the treatment anxiety, and / or that one is known to have a faster effect, with fewer side effects? Thank you!
The product is good and works for a person does not make it right for someone else. If I were you, I would do research (which is what I suggest anyone do before taking any med-herbal or prescription). I noticed today that Yahoo offers a lot of help in its health section. Another good website for any type of medical condition is www.webmd.com. They also offer information about the supplements based on plants that also have side effects. If you are diagnosed with a disease and / or take any medication, remember that knowledge is power. The more you know about what ails the best for you will have learned about what you are dealing with. You can also google it and find all kinds of information. I'm afraid there is no magic answer for you. I can tell you that sometimes it takes the doctor playing with your scripts to find the right one for you. A lot of side effects go away. Some of them persist and stay. You have to figure out what side effects that you can handle and what can not. I myself have had many changes in my meds for a period of 12 years time. I think now I'm in the right handful of drugs. I hope I have helped in some way. Good luck and if you need help to do some research let me know I would be happy to help. Please remember and keep in mind that when you work for a med doesn't mean that person is the right one for you. Blessings!
