What can I do to stop my anxiety attacks?
I have severe panic attacks when people vomit. seeing htem vomiting, hearing them, listening about someone throwing up, nothing. Everywhere I Go, especially crowded places, I'm terrified someone will vomit. I know they say the best way to stop the anxiety is the most eat it and face it. but I really do not feel like going and seeing someone vomit. thats gross beyond gross. What should I do? im tired of feeling this way.
You really should talk to your doctor about it! … You see a therapist? … If not, then you should start to see one in a base regular, they can teach you some strategies really great and life skills on how to better deal with your anxiety attacks! Just try to relax when you can … When you are at home might try listening to some relaxing music, close your eyes and just concentrate on music full of peace, is kinda like meditating! If you have faith in God or even if you're a spiritual person, then, praying or meditating in the mind while doing this can really help!
