How to cope with panic attacks

Learning to deal with panic attacks is an important step to deal with this difficult and horrible. The more you learn and understand this problem, the better your response. This will maintain adequate supply oxygen to the brain and other parts. This will also prevent an imbalance between the levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in your body.
2) One more thing that happens with these attacks is the rush of adrenaline. If you can do a regular exercise routine, you will be able to burn excess adrenaline easily. Also keep away from junk food, alcohol and smoking.
3) Do not try to overcome the thoughts that trigger these attacks. Let thoughts come, but do not get excited about o. Talk to self and convince them that these thoughts are not going to be true. So basically you will not be controlled by these thoughts anymore.
4) If there is a concern or fear in your mind do not hide it inside of you. Discuss concerns or fear with someone in the family. By doing this you will remove a lot of mental load off your mind. And your family member can actually clear their concern or fear as a non-issue.
5) the life of a leader that is not stressful. Do not overload yourself physically and mentally. If your work is very demanding, try to assume a role that is relatively less demanding. Talk to your boss and explain how you are overwhelmed. You can get additional resources to help.
