How to overcome anxiety, depression and panic attacks? I'm so desperate. Ive been suffering with depression and social anxiety with panic attacks intense for three years. I think I had the anxiety for longer than this, but I do not was depressed and had panic attacks. My best last three years, I spend 18-21 to stay at home, years of my life something has to be achieved has no closest friend. I feel like crap. I had major panic attack today going to Grocery store.I may not even be in the red light I think everybody is looking for negotiations me.when strange to me I just freeze as paralyzed, start shaking, trembling, my mind and heart racing, sweating, my mind goes blank and I just want screaming at the top of my lungs. I began to avoid social situations at all costs. I still feel panic talking with my family or relatives. Every day very bad thoughts going through my head. How can I beat this plz, either, because this is not a gift of life is a hell, any information really appreciated.
hi looks like you're in a constant state of anxiety that can cause bouts of depression and anxiety is an awfull way to live your need not to see a psychiatrist u a family doctor needs some medication that I have seen very small doses of medication do wonders for one person does not worry about seeing a psychiatrist does not mean that u is "crazy" please get some help for yourself the stress and other things that are happening in your life can cause many problems also good luck to you hang in there life can be better
