Feeling anxiety
I'm feeling stressed, panicked and much anxiety, can anyone help me?

Hi there, sometimes I get scared about strange things, as if I'm talking about someone I do not really know what I sometimes start to get really nervous. I also stressed very easily and then I feel anxiety. I hate doing anything in social settings, in fact I get really worried about it. I take lorazepam for these situations. Is there anything I should be doing? I just want all this to stop the panic and get stressed so easily. Please tell me what you think. Thank you.
