Disorder panic

If you suffer from panic attacks, then you will know the fear that comes with them, shortness of breath, heart beating faster and faster, dizziness and a knot in my stomach so badly that you want to vomit. The anxiety caused by concern for another event at any time, so who does not want help to overcome this limitation of life, terrible condition.

Help is available and not just medication, there are a number different types of therapy that can change the way we think and help extinguish the fear and anxiety we hold that we suffer with this condition. We know what we or the fear is totally irrational, but we can not stop these thoughts flood our minds, but with proper treatment that can dissolve the fear and start living a normal life again.

Therapies such therapies can be very successful are cognitive and behavioral. Cognitive means, basically, to reason, remember, imagine and learn, and through this, as well as behavioral therapy, the patient can learn to beat their condition. The goal is to understand what is causing the fear first, by the memory and then reasoning with these thoughts and fears and then restructuring the way we think. Therefore, in the final analysis, the patient will learn to change the way they think. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones is all part of cognitive therapy.

Someone suffers from this condition can be helped to some extent only because I believe that a panic or anxiety disorder really is and how they are affected by it and how they are triggered. This can go deeper with behavioral therapy and patient in a controlled environment can be an incentive to relive the emotions of their causes anxiety, reaching the point of having an attack. They may face in small steps, things have fear and it is this type of therapy that can teach the patient that there is really nothing to fear and over time they can actually overcome the problem.

As I mentioned, there are medicines that can help deal with panic attacks and can work well, but all come with potential side effects and should not be viewed as a cure, although they may relieve the patient of the condition of short-term, not a solution the long term. Therapy is cognitive and behavioral or through relaxation techniques and breathing or some other type is the only real way to help overcome this condition.
