Dealing with anxiety attacks

How to deal with my anxiety attacks?
I'm supposed to be used in addition to being my boyfriend, since they have been in LDR for a few years, but this time after I came home from his place, I get anxiety attacks if he did not contact me for some reason. And I can not deal with it. What should do?
Find your happy place. OK, I know it sounds corny, but true. However, you need to practice. No one need only look to a happy place when you need it, but practice it whenever you think about it. Mine is now on a cruise. For some people can be a concert or a sporting event. But again you should think about what is and practice going there.
