Meditation: Meditation can help much to prevent staining and social order anxiety. It works by helping you learn to relax and tune into your body.

Hypnosis: Hypnosis help a variety of anxiety sufferers and helps prevent staining, replacing negative thoughts with more positive ways of thinking. It puts an end to self-negative prophesying thinking and helps you to think more constructively.
