Controlling panic attack

What should I do, I can not calm down during a panic attack?
Last night I started vomiting and had a panic attack actually bad. I could not breathe, I felt tingly and dizzy, and the attack made my nausea worse. I was so scared and spend hours trying to calm me down and about 2 minutes I got my breathing under control of the panic attacks started again. My mother was with me and tried to talk to me, but did not work. And today I'm having difficulty breathing again B / C of a panic attack, but I do not know what caused it this time but that is making me nausea and tingling again. I tried watching movies and talking to myself, but nothing works! I do not know what to do, I honestly do not know if I can handle it again, because the same thing happened this week Wendsday week and the attack last for hours! PLEASE HELP!
