People with strong nervous systems probably are doing some of these things without knowing, that's why they do not experience anxiety attacks like us.

Guidelines for diet
- Drinking lots of water! Water is involved in all processes of the body and when we are dehydrated, our nervous system is a lot.
- Like my mother said, eat your fruits and vegetables every day – the mineral and vitamin E content is where it is.
- The protein is of paramount importance if we very little brain will not produce enough neurotransmitters, target of a gram per kilogram of body weight.
Movement, breathing, and a relaxation
- We must move to burn off nervous energy – three to four times a week of moderate cardiovascular exercise.
- Deep breathing, yoga stretching and progressive relaxation techniques, repair and heal the nerves.
- Herbs such as valerian and chamomile are great, and hot / cold showers and self massage and reflexology.
