Beta blockers anxiety
Is it safe for me to intense exercise, taking beta-blockers?

I'm taking a small dose of beta-blockers for my anxiety problems social, I'm just wondering if it is safe for me to engage in the exercise rigerous when to use them? I know that beta blockers slow the heart rate and I'm just worried that this will prevent my heart to cope with the increased demand for oxygen. The beta blocker I'm taking is called "propronolol." Also worth mentioning, my heart is perfectly healthy, I'm taking the propronolol for anxiety.

before taking any form of exercise its always advised to contact your doctor, especially if the medication remember its better to be safe than sorry your doctor can check blood pressure. be wise, before you exercise.
