I'm pretty sure I have social anxiety disorder to the fullest extent. But im not sure about having insomnia. Everynight before I go to bed takes me about half an hour to an hour just to fall asleep because I'm imagining things. I imagine that ghosts and things just Bazarre. And even when I get a good night's sleep, im still tired. I have anxiety really bad. I do not know what to do for this sleep disorder and social problems. Please help?

You may need to consult a doctor. I resisted meds stay, but I should have done earlier. I do not take them every night. Only when I really need them.
