Depression can be very painful for those who experience it. Emotions can range from just feeling down in the dumps of wanting to die. It's hard to live this way and, for many, when your mind is clogged with a cloud of sadness that is difficult to do anything.
I have read some articles on the Law of Attraction and Depression. Sadly, many of them condemn the depression and just say it's something they have to work out. Many articles talk about people different thoughts must have to change their mentality. What these people may not realize is that when you are engulfed by a feeling of despair may not be as easy for some.
So what a depressed person can do in relation to the law of attraction to improve mood and outlook? The answer may not be the typical therapist recommended, but the answer is angry.

Getting angry is an intensification of depression. Trying to evoke a feeling of anger is a good way to change gear, which gets you out of helplessness and anger in the mentality. As depression anger, is not considered a good emotion. However for a depressed person is a good emotion, even if only temporary.
One should not be in a state of anger for the long term, is not good to themselves or others around you. Once you have made it out of the depressive state and the state of anger, you can go even higher in the range of feeling an emotion even better.
You continue to rise in the scale and when you reach a slightly positive emotion, stay there and have fun. If you prefer, you can immediately up to larger scale and reach the next state of positive emotion.
With practice, you will be able to tell when your feelings are in a state depression and remember the best feeling you had when you went to the state of anger. You'll also be able to remember the state you want to achieve after anger.
