Anxiety panic attack treatment
There is no medication that you can take for depression / anxiety / panic in pregnancy?

Before I got pregnant, I suffered depression, I never have any treatment because I was able to deal with it without medication. I am now 21 weeks pregnant and about 2 weeks ago, I mild depression. I was annoyed with my hair, skin, etc. .. 9 nights ago I woke with a terrible panic attack and had them since the day and night – they are horrible. I can not sleep – I'm terrified of waking up with a panic attack, I can not eat, I hate doing things I loved to read, after a bath. I had 2 sessions acupuncture, but they are not really working tomorrow and I'm trying hypnotherapy. Is there anything in all that I can take that will not cause damage to the baby – please help me, v. distressed!
