What is a panic attack?
Anxiety and panic is a mind created the disease.

The power of "being in the now" should not be underestimated.
Here is a simple exercise you can do if you feel anxious;
Try be aware of your breathing while doing the following;
- First, try to focus only on the shapes of objects them. First find all the squares, all triangles, circles and so on.
- Then focus on the colors. Find objects red, blue objects … you get the idea.
This technique helps to maintain focus and be in now. Practice this before you're having an attack.
The problem is that rarely panic attack itself, but the fear of panic attack …
