What is the best remedy for panic / anxiety disorder?

I've been taking Zoloft for about 6 months, but the headaches, dizziness, nausea and hot flashes are wearing me out. I tried Pexeva, with poor results. I also take Ativan. Any suggestions? I go to the doctor tomorrow. Thank you.
