What can I do to stop my panic / anxiety attacks? And to relax, while making them?
I get severe panic and sometimes attacks anxiety. It has happened more recently, and I went to the doctor to check everything, but they said it was okay. Normally I get a slight anxiety attack during school, but not as bad as my major. Does anyone know anything I can do to relax even when they start? I usually start to breathe very fast and lose your breath, I get very hot, and my heart races. Does anyone know anything I can do or use to relax? Thank you.
