Anxiety attacks symptoms

What are some symptoms of an anxiety attack?
The most common symptoms are dizziness, tightness and chest pain, difficulty breathing, blurred vision, sweating and agitation, tachycardia, numbness or tingling in the face and extremities, and nausea. I suffered with panic disorder for more a year now (since my daughter was born), but I got relief with daily medication and therapy. If you think you are having problems with anxiety, not delay in calling your doctor. It is a very manageable condition … not suffer more than you need! Best of luck!
