How do I control my anger and anxiety?

Okay so I'm 22, professional work, and externally very well balanced. But within your taste every day is a struggle so that it does not rule my life. I tried therapy and it failed me. Help!

I think keeping everything in a losing battle. you are only going to make yourself crazy, and for what? You need to talk about it, and we need to find ways to let out the fear, anxiety, anger, all the energy the excess that is locked within you. You need someone you can talk regularly, and you may need medication. It's going to sound too simple, but I struggle so much with these things and I think running helps me a lot. I only use my anger to fuel my race. Is there any physical activity you can see yourself doing regularly to help relieve the pressure?
