Am  I depressed

Depression is a subjective point of view. It is not reality. It is a reality created and only imagined in the mind. What only seems to be depressing, is not truly depressing. The problem is that the person is seeing his life as a kind of event victimized and is why they are feeling so depressed.

Have you ever notice that a depressed person rarely laughs or that people who do not laugh, not really begin to love so much? Depression is a choice. Unfortunately, this choice leads to not being able to enjoy life for his things simple and also for his great things. Choosing the depression leads to a vicious cycle, making the person unable to access the mindset needed to love and laughter. Without love and laughter, you can not live life to the fullest. Life will become smooth and opaque, dark and low. Only will take a matter of time before one breaks. Physically, emotionally and spiritually, the person will become sick. Because of the depression, he will have the desire to go for walks, to meet new people, etc. The only condition worsens. Until finally, say to "snap out of it," are essentially digging a bottomless pit.

The way out of this hole is to realize that life is worth. The world may well be a difficult place, but others had success through moments of depression. Those who could not overcome it exactly the first attempt. He may have had dozens, perhaps hundreds or thousands of times – but what matters more than these numbers is the fact that they plowed through whatever the circumstances. They do not care if they were depressed. This may seem ironic, but this is the truth. In order to overcome depression, a person only has to act like its not there (because really, is not). Eventually, the person will only form the habit of behaving in a way that ignores depression and, eventually, they will have won.

The words "freedom in the past," should sound good to the ears of a person in depression. They know very well that they can overcome depression. This is especially true if they conquered other circumstances (as an addiction) in the past. Considering the fact that a number of people who have achieved such a feat, it is absolutely possible to any kind of person to become alive again and forget the dull and dim ways of life in depression. After all, what is life? It is lying in bed depressed about how bad or sad situation be. It's really about all this and feeling great, doing what needs to be done, a self-test, pushing the limits, etc.

If you're in a depression, then be around people who are not. Essentially, this also means to escape the situation you are, be it a relationship negative, a negative family member, a dull job or boss, etc. – whatever, just stay away from him. People slowly become what is surrounded. So if you are surrounded by sarcasm, put-downs, abuse (physical or mental), then the solution is clear and simple – you have to go out and leave him. Depression is not a big deal. It's just that the mind likes to see it that way. The mind seeks ways to prove himself and so if you're feeling depressed, then your mind will look for anything that is depressing (to prove himself). The same thing with the balance and happiness, the mind will act in concert with emotion chosen. So, then, choose life, balance and happiness. It's time to fix the depression.
