Acupuncture anxiety

Anyone used acupuncture to treat anxiety?

I'm considering it at this time. I tried pills and advice, but really does not help, then was thinking about trying something different. I know it's different for everyone, but nobody tried to do it – if you find it useful? Also, I was quoted £ 40 for the first session (1hr15mins), £ 32 for other sessions (45 minutes). I think that seems reasonable, others agree?

Ive gone by 8 months and hve seen better – stick with the therapy though and if you can find a therapy group, this will help more.
